Blackboard Ultra Base Navigation

Charter Oak’s Blackboard is using a new navigation starting May 15, 2024.
Use this Instructional Guide to learn how to access your courses and more with the New Blackboard Ultra Base Navigation.

Fall 2024 Registration:

  • Fall 2024 registration is now open. Please contact your advisor for clearance. 
    • Returning Students notice: Any new registration’s processed after the Thursday registration deadline (each term)  are considered late and  will be assessed a Late Registration fee of $100. Please check the academic calendar for registration deadlines .
  • We are excited to introduce a new bookstore program starting this fall semester called, Charter Oak Book Bundle. To find out more information on this program, go to CharterOak.edu/book-bundle.

Once enrolled, all communications will be sent your Charter Oak Email  account only. Therefore, we highly encourage you to set up email forwarding.

Visiting Students

Welcome !

If you wish to take a course as a visiting student, simply fill out our Registration Request form. We will then send you your username and password that will allow you to register for a course. The account request will be processed within 1-2 business days.
