Parchment Transcript Ordering Guide
You do not need to have an MyCharterOak login to order an official transcript. All Charter Oak students have access to an official eTranscript or paper transcript via Parchment services.
If you have logged in using your MyCharterOak student account, click on the Parchment Single Sign On link, create or sign into your Parchment account, and fill out the official eTranscript request form.
If you do not have an MyCharterOak student account, please use the Parchment Storefront link to the right to create an account with Parchment and submit an official transcript request. Please ensure that your last name, first name, date of birth, and last four digits of your SSN are entered correctly so that your request can be processed in a timely manner.
Unofficial Transcripts are only available to students who have an MyCharterOak student account. To access your Unofficial Transcript, click on the Unofficial Transcript link (on the right).
Colleges and Universities require official transcripts for admissions.

Parchment is an authorized issuer of official eTranscripts and paper transcripts for Charter Oak State College. Printing formats may vary slightly between in-house transcripts and Parchment transcripts.
