Attachments

Attachments add more information to your records by providing detailed explanations or calculations, demonstrating alternative scenarios, outlining procedures, and describing related concepts. Attachments can include Word and text documents, HTML files, and Excel spreadsheets. You can see who attached the files and access general contact information such as the user's e-mail address and office phone number.  The Module Manager or IT Department determines the types of files that can be attached and any file size limitations.
