Make an Inquiry

The Make an Inquiry feature allows a person to complete and submit an online inquiry or an Admissions Officer/Counselor to complete and submit an online inquiry on behalf of a person.

You may be allowed to save an incomplete and unsubmitted online application. If so, you are given an application key, which you must use along with your e-mail address to retrieve the incomplete application.

Inquiry forms are accessed by clicking the appropriate form link available on the feature.

  1. From the Make an Inquiry feature, click the appropriate link.

  2. Enter required information (indicated by an asterisk) and other requested information.

  3. Navigate through multiple-page inquiry forms by clicking the Next Page--> link at the bottom of each page.

    Tip

You can't submit the form until you have completed all required questions. When you reach the end of the form (submit page), a question/answer summary appears and a message prompts you if there are errors with certain questions. Any questions with errors appear in red.

  4. To correct errors, click the Edit this response link or use the <--Previous Page, Next Page-->  and View Table of Contents links at the bottom of the page to locate items you want to change.

    Tip

You may be able to save and finish later if you decide not to submit the form immediately. If this option is available, you can click the Save and Finish Later button. Your previous progress will automatically be retrieved when you log in and return to the form.

  5. When you feel that all responses are satisfactory, click the Submit Inquiry Form button to submit your inquiry. A message verifying your submission is displayed.
