Stewardship and Grants Management

The Stewardship and Grants Management feature assists Advancement Officers in decision-making, planning, and analysis of information that conveys appreciation to donors and enhances constituent relationships. Grant proposals and awards from foundations, corporations, and/or government funding sources can be tracked in detail.

  1. From the Stewardship and Grants Management feature, click the View major initiatives link.

  2. The Initiative Summary screen appears and lists initiatives. Initiative information may include the campaign and goal for each initiative listed.

  3. Click a specific initiative link to display details of that initiative. The following information may be displayed:

    • Associated persons

    • Assigned staff members

    • Related grant proposals and awards

    • Names of recipients of funds generated by the initiative

    • Requisite requirements or preferred characteristics for individuals receiving the funds

  4. Click a specific grant link to display details of that grant. The following information may be displayed:

    • Associated persons (patron, recipient, etc.)

    • Grant status

    • Proposal activities

    • Payment information
