Campaign Management
The Campaign Management feature analyzes campaigns. Advancement Officers can view campaign details and statistics such as campaign name, goal amount, total amount and percentage of gifts and pledges, and the total amount and percentage of gifts and pledges that have not been received. You can grant users assigned to certain Campus Portal roles permission to:
Enter and submit updates for a donor after drilling down into a particular donor ID
Add, update, order, and delete feature tabs shown on the donor detail screens
Tip
Before allowing Advancement Officers to access the feature, it is recommended you establish the Staff/Volunteer role to be displayed as Campaign Managers.
The Campaign Management feature displays the following information, which is determined by the institution database:
Goal Comparison shows progress toward goals.
Gift Summary shows counts and totals of outright gifts and pledge payments.
Pledge Summary shows counts, pledge totals, and unpaid totals of complete and incomplete pledges.
Designations provide a link to details and summarize totals for pledges, matching gifts, and gifts.
Appeal Analysis summarizes return, costs, and return on investment.
Campaign Manager Staff/Volunteer lists the staff, role, and assignment and provides a link to associated donors.
From the Campaign Management feature, click the View campaign details and statistics link.
The Campaign Summary screen appears and lists campaigns that are tracked and managed by the logged-in Advancement Officer. The following data may also be displayed:
Campaign name
Goal amount
Total amount and percentage of gifts and pledges
Total amount and percentage of gifts and pledges that have not been received
If you want to see details of a specific campaign, click on the campaign link. The following information may be displayed:
Goal comparison
Gift summary
Pledge Summary
Designations or Gift Categories
Click on a Designation link to see details relating to pledges, matching gifts, and outright gifts.
Appeal Analysis
Click on an Appeal link to see details relating to pledges, matching gifts, and outright gifts.
Campaign staff
Click on a Campaign Manager link for a particular campaign to see a list of all staff members reporting to the Campaign Manager and the prospects and donors that have been assigned to each staff member for the campaign.
