Contribution History
The Contribution History feature allows constituents to view a history of their giving to the institution. The links on the Contribution History feature provide a read-only view of lifetime giving, annual giving, giving club, and fund summary information.
The Contribution History screen has the four tabs (Lifetime Giving, Annual Summary, Giving Clubs, and Fund History), which correspond to the links on the default screen:
The information displayed in Your Lifetime Contribution Summary includes the following:
Total Contributions
Cash Gifts
Promises Made and Paid
Planned Gifts Made and Paid
Soft Credit and Non-Cash Amounts
Last Gift Amount and Date
Largest Gift Amount and Date
Current Year to Date Total
Total Outstanding Promises
The Additional Contribution Information section displays the number of continuous years of giving and the total years of contributing. It also includes your average gift amount. This information may not display if any of the following occur:
Either number is not available from the institution database.
The number of continuous years of giving is more than the total years of contributing.
The total years of contributing is 0.
The Reminder section displays promise reminders and scheduled reunion years (if available from the institution database).
The Personal News/Notes section may or may not display data imported from the institution

Click the Lifetime Contribution Summary link or the Lifetime Giving tab on the Contribution History screen.

Open the Contribution History feature.
Click the Giving Club Membership History link or the Givings Clubs tab on the Contribution History screen.
Open the Contribution History feature.
Click the Contribution Fund History link or the Fund History tab on the Contribution History screen.
