Financial Aid Document Tracking

The Financial Aid Document Tracking feature displays both the documents the Financial Aid office has received from the student and a list of the missing documents needed to process the student's Financial Aid application.

  • The Received Documents section displays the Document name, Institution, Status, and when the document was Last Updated.

  • The Missing Documents section displays the Document name, Institution, Status, and a Due Date for each document.

  1. From the Financial Aid Document Tracking feature, click the View Financial Aid Documents Tracking link.

  2. The Missing/Received Documents page displays documents received for the specified award year. It also displays documents missing for the specified award year but required for processing the Financial Aid application.
